C.M.P.No.11860 of 2021 in S.A. No.504 of 2021 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., Learned counsel for the respondents has stated no objection for allowing this application, which has been filed to permit the appellant to raise additional substantial question of law.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
