O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4070 of 2026 in Crl.A.No.132 of 2026 dated 04.03.2026 in connection with Crime No. 18 of 2026 that the petitioners shall appear before the C1 Flower Bazar Police Station, NSC Bose Road, Parrys, George Town, Chennai, on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in Crl.M.P.No.4070 of 2026 in Crl.A.No. 132 of 2026 dated 04.03.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the C1 Flower Bazaar Police Station, NSC Bose Road, Parrys, George Town, Chennai, on 30.05.2026 and thereafter, once in every three weeks on Saturday (i.e., on every third Saturday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 27.05.2026 AT
