ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioners without due process of law. 2.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It appears that the complaint is against the the first petitioner's husband, who is the sole accused in Cr.No.142 of 2024 before the second respondent police. He is absconding and therefore, in connection, therewith the petitioner and petitioner's brother are being called to the police station.

4. Prima facie, this Court is of the view that the petitioners cannot be harassed, in any event, the petitioners shall co-operate with the respondent by giving proper information regarding the whereabouts of the first petitioner's husband.

5. With the above directions, this petition stands disposed of.
