This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1090 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24022 of 2022 dated 31.01.2023 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1090 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24022 of 2022 dated 31.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
