2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation in this case is completed, final report is filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.69 of 2023, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram. 3.In view of the completion of investigation, filing of final report and taking cognizance of the offence in C.C.No.69 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram, this Court is not inclined to quash the First Information Report in Cr.No.836 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent.
