C.M.P.No.11837 & 11838 of 2021 in S.A.Nos.1473 & 1474 of 1999 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.

Both the applications have been filed in S.A.Nos.1473 & 1474 of 1999. The two second appeals had been dismissed on 14.07.2021. 2.The relief sought in the applications is to restore the second appeals. It is stated by the learned counsel that a common judgment was passed, from which, the two second appeals and yet another second appeal in S.A.No.19 of 2000 were filed. These two second appeals were dismissed for non prosecution on 14.07.2021. The appeals have not been admitted. However, since one second appeal is already on the file of this Court in S.A.No.19 of 2000, it would only be appropriate that all the three appeals are heard together on merits.
