Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records for the proceedings of the 1st respondent Commercial Tax and Registration (A1) Department in G.O. (D) No.278, dated 15.06.2017 and quash the same and consequently, directing the 1st respondent to publish the seniority list by including the petitioners as per the seniority of the Proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Proc.No.P2/319/2011 dated 19.07.2012.
