This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Quo Warranto in relation to the order of the first respondent in No.123/LAS/Estt/E5/2018 dated 28.02.2019 posting the third respondent as Junior Library Attendant in the Legislative Assembly, directing the third respondent under what authority she is holding the post of Junior Library Attendant in the Legislative Assembly. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.
Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 2/4
