Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.MP.No.4307/2022 dated 05.04.2022, Crl.OP.No.2128/2022 order dated 17.02.2022 "The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4307 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2128 of 2022 on 05.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
