ORDER

Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for respondents 1 to 4.

2. In light of the order that is proposed to be passed, no notice is necessary at this juncture to private respondents, who are arrayed as respondents 5 to 7.

3. The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the third respondent being the Tahsildar, Krishangiri Taluk to survey the land at S.No.195/212A admeauring 4 cents situated at Melsomaarpettai Village, Payanapalli, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, the land in question. Page No.2/4

4. In fact, the petitioner has also made an application on 17.04.2023 to an identical effect.

5. Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the official respondents would convey that the respondents have no objection to mandamus being issued as sought for.

6. Hence, mandamus is issued to the third respondent to survey the land in question after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as private respondents. Since the petitioner is a senior citizen, let this exercise be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
