O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 03.08.2020.
2. The said representation stated to be submitted by the writ petitioner would reveal that the petitioner apprehended certain threat from some persons, including one Sub Inspector of Police, who was working in Special Police Force. Further, the petitioner apprehended registration of false case.
3. Mere apprehension in this regard would be insufficient to consider the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition. Mere direction in the present case to consider the representation of the petitioner would do no service to the cause of justice. If at all any action was taken or any such false case has been registered as alleged by the petitioner in his representation dated 03.08.2020, further actions may be taken in the manner
known to law.
