CRIME NO.490/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the investigating officer on the first and fifteenth of every month at 10.30 AM., until further orders, imposed upon the petitioner in the order dated 24.01.2022 in Crl.MP.No.542 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.22827 of 2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MAYILNATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.542 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22827 of 2021 on 24.01.2022 to appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on first and fifteenth of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
