The present criminal original petition has been filed call for the entire records connected with FIR in Crime No.1467 of 2012 dated 28.04.2012 on the file of Inspector of Police, R6, Kumaran Nagar Police Station, Chennai and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the letter given by the de-facto complainant, the case in Crime No.1467 of 2012, has been closed as "no further proceedings required".
