This Contempt Petition has been filed, to punish the respondent for having committed contempt of Court for willfully disobeying the order and direction issued by this Court, in W.P.No.14584 of 2009, dated 08.11.2011.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court in the aforesaid Writ Petition has been complied with. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
