ORDER

When this Court expressed its intention to dismiss the writ petition on the ground of maintainability, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Permission is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
