W.M.P.No.20651 of 2016 in W.P.No.23104 of 2012 M.SUNDAR. J,

1. The main writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 27.04.2011 made by the first respondent refusing employment as Grade-II Constable, to the writ petitioner, on the ground that he is involved in a criminal case. 2.Learned Government Pleader seeks time for filing counter affidavit and undertakes to file the same within four weeks namely, on or before 03.02.2017.

3. With regard to the instant fix an early date petition, it is seen that the writ petitioner is 28 years old and other averments in the affidavit have also been perused.

4. Date is fixed for final hearing in the main writ petition and such date is 06.02.2017. It is made clear that the respondents shall file their counter affidavit on or before 03.02.2017 failing which, the main writ petition shall be heard without the counter affidavit.
