.. Respondents Prayer:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to include the service rendered by the petitioner as Vocational Instructor from 12.10.1978 to 31.03.1990 for the purpose of pensionery benefits and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 5 to revise the pension and pay the revised pension to the petitioner.

O R D E R

In respect of the relief sought for in the present writ petition, the Government issued G.O.Ms.No.194, School Education Department dated 12.09.2018.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the benefit of counting of 50% services for the purpose of reckoning the qualified service has already been granted by the Government and accordingly, the grievance of the writ petitioner is redressed.

3. The said Government Order issued by the Government is not disputed by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner. Thus, the respondents are directed to extend the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.194, School Education Department, dated 12.09.2018 for the petitioner also.
