Seeking upgradation, the petitioner made an application on 25.03.2015. On receipt of the said application for upgradation, the Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, Ammapet has forwarded the proposal to the respondent no.2 in Na.Ka.No.179/A1/2015 dated 25.03.2015. As the said application has been sent to the respondent no.2 through respondent no.3, the respondent no.3 has indicated to the petitioner to comply with certain deficiencies. The petitioner has replied on 20.05.2015 stating that the deficiencies have been complied with. Despite the same as no further progress has been made by forwarding the application to the respondent no.2 by the respondent no.3, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, the respondent no.
3 is directed to forward the application of the petitioner to the respondent no.2, along with its recommendation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent no.2, after receipt of the same, shall forward the said application to the respondent no.1, along with its recommendation within a period of further four weeks. The respondent no.1 shall pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of six weeks thereafter.
