O R D E R

The petitioner was an employee of the respondent-Society, and was working in the cadre of Manager Grade I. He has filed this Writ Petition, seeking disbursal of the pensionary benefits, due to him.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is unable to inform this Court as to the present status of the petitioner's case. The learned counsel for the respondentSociety submitted that the gratuity amount, due to the petitioner, was already paid, and as on date, there is no due payable to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Writ Petition stands closed, as no further orders are required to be passed. No costs.
