This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6007 of in Crl.O.P.No.11234 of 2020 on 02.06.2021 to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every two months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6007 of in Crl.O.P.No.11234 of 2020 on 02.06.2021.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
