This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to register the FIR on the complaint dated 08.08.2020. 2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, he was issued C.S.R.No.184 of 2020 and after conducting the detailed enqiry, the same was closed. Therefore, no complaint is pending on the file of the respondent police. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint in the manner known to law if so advised.
