Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner made a representation on 04.08.2014 followed by reminder on 05.08.2015 to the third respondent, seeking to furnish certified copies of certain documents in respect of Petitioner's Society. On non consideration of the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Taking into consideration of the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case this Court directs the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 04.08.2014 and reminder dated 05.09.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
