ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, restraining respondents 1 to 7 from granting permission to the 8 th respondent to use the property in Plot Nos.180 & 181 Gandhi Gramam, Vadakuthu, Kurinjipadi Taluk, Cuddalore District, as Marriage Hall or for any purpose other than residential purpose.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no marriage hall constructed by the 8 th respondent and only two shops have been constructed as on date. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
