The present petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint preferred by the petitioner on 07.01.2015 in C.S.R.No.4/2015 before the respondent police.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against her husband and in-laws for the alleged offence of dowry harassment. Since no action was taken so far, the present petition has been filed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was assigned C.S.R.No.4/2015 and the same is pending enquiry.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the petitioner to cooperate with the enquiry with the respondent police. The respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.01.2015 and if the materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, the respondent police, is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
