2.The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2014 and to cancel the patta granted in favour of 4th respondent.

3. Since the Writ Petition is being disposed of without notice to the 4th respondent, the allegation made by the petitioner as against the 4th respondent are not gone into and left upon to be decided by the competent authority.

4. Accordingly, there shall be a direction the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, after notice to the petitioner and 4th respondent as expeditiously as possible.
