This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus, directing the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench, to take up the O.A.No.566 of 2021, filed by the petitioner, along with request to continue in the same office/post (MA.No.338 of 2021) at the earliest

Learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, submitted that, by order dated 01.06.2021, the Assistant Commissioner of Customs Infrastructure Cell, has relieved the petitioner from the present station, which is the subject matter of O.A.No. 566 of 2021, filed by petitioner, before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

3. Considering the aforesaid fact, we direct the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench, to consider the request of the petitioner for early disposal of O.A.No.566 of 2021, filed by him, and pass orders at an earliest.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands dispose of. There will be no order as to costs.
