This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case against the proposed accused person and investigate the matter according to law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondent on 25.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 25.07.2016, it is seen that this petitioner was doing Real Estate business with one Varadarajan and it is alleged by the petitioner that he has not been paid commission.

In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued to register an FIR. Accordingly, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
