2 MAHENDAR Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 215 days in re-presentation of the above CMP.SR.No.6392/2017 (in CMP.NO.13688 OF 2018). Order : This miscellaneous petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JAYASEELAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 215 days in representing the CMP.SR.No.6392 of 2017 which has been filed to implead Tamilnadu Housing Board as a party in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the office has returned the miscellaneous petition on the ground that the main Civil Revision Petition itself has been disposed of. But on verification it was found that the Civil Revision Petition is pending. Hence, the delay has occurred.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the affidavit filed along with this petition, this petition is ordered on condition of payment of cost of a sum of Rs.500/- [Rupees five hundred only] to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tamilnadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai within a period of one week, failing which this petition stands dismissed without any reference to this Court.
