ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to issuance a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.11.2020 and notionally re-fix the seniority of the petitioner in the post of Assistant and consequentially prepone the date of promotion as Assistant Inspector of Labour, Deputy Inspector of Labour and Inspector of Labour and on that basis re-fix https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the pension and other retirement benefits of the petitioner and sanction and disperse arrears of pension and retirement benefits, within a time frame.

This Court heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2020 was already considered and disposed of by the Commissioner of Labour by proceedings dated 21.06.2021, and the same was forwarded to the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and hence, this writ petition has to be dismissed.

In view of the fact that the representation of the petitioner dated 16.11.2020 was already considered and disposed of vide proceedings dated 21.06.2021, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and hences, this writ petition is dismissed as nothing survives. No costs.
