ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.10.2020 for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act in Cr.No.1169 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that accused in this case were found to be in possession of 25-1/2 Kgs. of Ganja out of which 21 Kgs. of Ganja were in the possession of A1 and A2. The petitioner is arrayed as A2 in the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P. Nos.7861 and 11087 of 2021 and considering the quantity of the contraband seized, this Court has dismissed the said petitions. 5.Considering the quantity of the contraband seized and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.Nos.7861 and 11087 of 2021, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
