ORDER

The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus directing the first respondent, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madhuranthakam Revenue Division, to complete the enquiry in proceedings under Na.Ka.No.4240/2022/C and pass orders in a time bound fashion.

2. Mr.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who appears for first respondent states that enquiry has been fixed on 16.05.2023.

3. With this, necessity for issuance of mandamus no longer survives. Incidentally, a private party is arrayed as second respondent and this order is passed without issuance of notice to her for the reason that the first respondent will, in the conduct of enquiry, issue notice to the second respondent as well. Let orders be passed within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of personal hearing being 16.05.2023 in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed. No costs. Page No.2/4
