PRAYER:

This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 herein to give police protection to the petitioner's to trust for the purpose of conducting Poojas at Kongu Tirupathi Temple situated at S.No. 391/1A, Bharathi Nagar (Taj Nagar), Paper Mill Colony Road, Kaveri R.S. Post, Pallipalayam, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District, particularly on 26.09.2015, 03.10.2015, 10.10.2015 and 17.10.2015 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
