ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to pass an order to transfer the investigation in Crime No.390 of 2022 from the 2nd respondent to the file of the first respondent.

2.It is alleged in the petition that the second respondent is conducting the investigation in a biased manner, since, the owner of the vehicle involved in accident is an influencial person.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that it is suffice, if direction is issued to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Omalur, to supervise the investigation conducted by the second respondent in Crime No.390 of 2022 and complete the investigation within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 11.05.2023 Internet:Yes Index:Yes/No 2/4
