ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.04.2023 (Application No.28105713) for appointment and appoint her as a salesman in Co-Operative Department.

2. The petitioner claims to be a graduate in B.Sc., B.Ed., and D. Co-Op. and member of a scheduled caste. She also claims that her family is under indigent circumstances. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she was interviewed for the post of salesman, the result of the interview has not been communicated till date. She also made a representation in this regard. But, there is no response from the 1st respondent. Hence, the writ petition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the writ petition and the other facts and circumstances of the case, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.04.2023 on its own merits and pass

appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In the result, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly with the above directions. No costs.
