ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner by foisting false case.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The petitioner appears to be a tenant of the defacto complainant and there are multiple proceedings pending before the Courts. The petitioner appears to have also obtained interim relief before this Court in S.A.No.521 of 2022 vide Order dated 13.07.2022. The case of the defacto complainant appears to be that the petitioner has fabricated the document, on the strength of the same, the petitioner is continuing to be in possession of the premises, in which the petitioner was the tenant and allegedly the agreement holder. The issue is as to whether the fabrication of document can be independently examined by the respondent.
4. Considering the above, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from today without harassing
the petitioner and the petitioner shall co-operate with the respondents.
5. With the above observations and direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed off.
