Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 20.08.2015 preferred against the order of dismissal passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.13174/Si.Ma/91 dated 29.08.2006 and communicated to him along with the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.13174/Si.Ka.1991 dated 22.07.2015.

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 20.08.2015 preferred against the order of dismissal passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.13174/Si.Ma/91 dated 29.08.2006 and communicated to him along with the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.13174/Si.Ka.1991 dated 22.07.2015.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the order dated 31.12.2015 intimating that the appeal itself has been rejected by the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
