This petition has been filed to condone a delay of 132 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No.23418 of 2026.

2.The respondent has filed a counter affidavit, and there is no fresh or compelling ground raised therein to oppose the condonation of delay.

3.Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition on hand, the delay of 132 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No. 23418 of 2026 is condoned.

4.Thus, the petition is ordered.
