ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.872 of 2020 dated 24.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the Crime No.872 of 2020 on 24.07.2020, no final report is filed till date.

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that accused is residing in other country and they also issued Look Out Notice. He would further submit that the respondent police will expedite the filing of final report.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

5. In such view of the matter, the respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
