O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the orders of the XXVI Asst. City Civil Court, Chennai in E.A.No.3 of 2021 in E.P.No.1837 of 2019 in O.S.No.6221 of 2016 dated 10.03.2025.

2. This Court vide order dated 09.07.2025 had referred this matter to mediation. Today (19.09.2025), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and an agreement for settlement has also been executed by the parties.

3. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The settlement agreement dated 28.08.2025, shall form part of the records.
