O R D E R

The present petition has been filed to pass necessary orders directing the respondent to register FIR dated 11.01.2015 against Vimal Kumar and investigate the matter and submit a report to this Court.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint as against one Vimalkumar with the respondent police on the allegation that the said Vimalkumar purchased commercial vehicle by availing loan from the petitioner. But the said Vimalkumar has not repaid the loan amount and when the petitioner asked him to repay the loan amount, he abused the petitioner with filthy language and threatened him. Hence, a complaint was lodged on 11.1.2015. Since no action was taken so far, the present petition has been filed.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and in the said enquiry, it was reported that the matter was compromised between the parties and ht5ence, the said complaint was closed.

4. Since the complaint given by the petitioner was closed, this Court is of the opinion that now nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
