CR.NO.72 OF 2013 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that petitioners shall appear before the trial court daily at 10.30 am till the disposal of the criminal appeal by this Honourable Court by its order dated 07.01.2019 in CRL MP No.94 of 2019 in CRL A No.4 of 2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ASHOK KUMAR Advocate for M/S.P.PALANINATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. G.RAMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioners were released on bail in Crl.MP.No.94 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.4 of 2019 on 07.01.2019 on certain conditions, one of which, is that the petitioners should report before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. pending disposal of the appeal. Seeking relaxation of the above said condition, the petitioners are before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners are complying with the said condition.

4. In view of the above, the aforesaid condition stands relaxed and the petitioners are directed to report before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil, at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every month until disposal of Crl.A.No.4 of 2019 and if they are not able to appear before the said Court on any day, they shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the said Court on any other day in lieu of the date of their absence, as directed by the trial Court. -sd/- 25/06/2019 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
