This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to make enquiry on complaint dated 17.06.2016 and register FIR against Mani and his legal Heir with regard to the schedule of Property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.06.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 09.07.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
