This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to furnish the documents to the petitioner as mentioned in C.A.No.260 of 2017 in Crime No. 2 of 2017.

2.Heard Mr.Nithyaesh Natraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Raghavan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has filed a copy application before the learned Special Judge, TNPID cases, Chennai to furnish the remand report and the remand extension report. Since the said copy application was returned, the petitioner has filed this present petition.

4. The remand report being a judicial order, the Court below is directed to furnish the said remand report and remand extension report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order, if the copy application is otherwise in order.
