This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 18.06.2020 and to renew the licence of the petitioner who is a class '1' contractor.

2. Mr. E. Balamurugane, the learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the application given by the petitioner has been considered and the licence of the petitioner has also been extended. The learned Special Govt. Pleader circulated the written instructions received by him in this regard.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned learned Spl. Govt. Pleader and also taking note of the written instructions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
