PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.106/Yi.Ni.Vu./2016 dated 06.06.2016 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same, consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to fix scale of pay at Rs.4,800 - 10,000 Grade Pay Rs.1300 to the petitioner as per G.O.(2D) No.26, Health and Family Welfare IM-2(2) Department, dated 28.03.2013, with effect from 25.03.2008 and to pay the entire monetary benefits to the petitioner based on the said fixation of scale of pay and direct the 4th respondent to process the petitioner's pension proposal, with the above said scale of pay within a reasonable time. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that instead of challenging the G.O.(2D) No.26, Health and Family Welfare IM -2(2) Department dated 28.03.2013, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.106/Yi.Ni.Vu/2016 dated 06.06.2016, hence the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ Page No.2 of 4

petition and also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
