C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions are filed to issue appropriate directions to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur to dispose of I.A.Nos.3, 4, 5 and 6 of 2023 respectively in O.S.No.71 of 2023 at an early date in accordance with law.

The petitioners as plaintiffs have filed a suit in O.S.No.71 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur. Along with the said suit, they also moved interim applications, more specifically in I.A.Nos.3, 4, 5 and 6 of 2023, where urgent interim orders are required. However, despite the respondents / defendants entering appearance on 16.02.2023, till date, the applications have not been disposed of.

Considering the gravity of the matter and the apprehensions of the petitioners and since there will be no prejudice caused to the respondents / defendants, if only suitable directions are given to the trial 3/5
Court to decide the Interlocutory Applications, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

It is also brought to the notice of the Court that the trial Court has posted the matter to 14.06.2023.
