ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report based on the FIR in Crime No.232 of 2022 dated 10.05.2022.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that though the first respondents police has registered a case in the Crime No.232 of 2022 on 10.05.2022, no final report is filed till date.
3.Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that the respondents police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four months.
4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police.

5. In view of the above, the respondents police are directed to file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
