These petitions are filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 169 days in filing the above Tax Case Appeals.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. The learned counsel for the respondent stated no objection for ordering these petitions.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are accordingly, ordered.
