The legal heirs of the deceased parties having been brought on record in the revision and the same will enure in favour of the plaintiff or the defendants in the suit also.

This is because predisposal CRP and the parties having been brought on record in the revision, a memo alone need to be filed before the trial Court stating that an application was taken out before the High Court and it had been ordered.
On such a memo being filed, the trial Court is requested to permit the parties to file the amended plaint copy within a period of two weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
