Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to return the original educational qualification certificates of the petitioner without any condition based on the representation lastly submitted by the petitioner dated 06.05.2022.

ORDER

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the respondents are willing to return the original certificates to the petitioner as prayed for in this writ petition.

2. Accordingly, this Court directs the Dean of the Government Coimbatore Medical College, Coimbatore to return the original certificates back to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. At the time of getting back the original certificates the petitioner will have to give an undertaking letter that she shall join duty as and when called by the respondents on an emergency basis. 2/4

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
